Default 40/80-100/200 10 Handed Games? Where?

Where can I find these games running 9-10 handed? Anywhere other than Party/Skins? Are they any good anywhere?

Not the lazy ones that read 2+2.

For instance...GOT is pretty poker lazy but he's a very good player.

Not that reading 2+2 means your any good...it DOES mean there is a much higher chance you at least have a clue. Although even this could be up for debate lately.
