Default X Post - Stack Question

in Super System, Doyle advocates having all of your opponents covered if possible. He advocates having > 100 Big Blinds. But what if my opponents all by in for 30-40 big blinds. Doesn't that defeat the purpose of Doyle's strategy?

Default Re: X Post - Stack Question

In live NL $1/2 or $2/5 games, short stack buyins are usually guys who are afraid of losing a full rack. They will push with a very good if not monster hand and otherwise fold.

Just apply the GAP concept when playing against short stacks--it takes a better hand to call a short stack...
