This is the biggest downside about Eurobet. You dont recieve e-mails as they have their own internal message system. Click on sportbook then towards the top right hand corner you will see an envelope flashing, click on this and meesages should be in there.

Hand histories have to be requested manually (100 at a time) the messages then appear in the internal mailbox. You can then manually export them to pokertracker by using a notepad document. This is a bit tedious but i have done 40000 hands like this so its not that difficult.

Use the internal message system. They respond ever so quickly through that (within 20 mins). They even rang me up to sort out my problems.

You will find the internal message system within the sportsbook portion of the site. Its easy to use.

you can also get there from the e message button along the bottom in the lobby
