What should I do to change?

I'm on the worst downswing I've been on in a long time. I had about 40k hands over 1/2, 2/4, and 3/6 running at a steady 1.9 BB/100 hands. Over my last 12k hands, I am running at -0.4 BB/100. I even tried dropping from 3/6 to 2/4 and even 1/2, and I can't seem to beat the games. I will 4 table and have 1 or 2 tables where things seem to go alright, but I just can't seem to help taking beats all over the place. Even now when I just wrote this, my KK got cracked by A8 hitting running 8's on me

Does anyone have any advice on what to do? I tried taking a few days off. I tried rereading SSHE since I thought maybe I might have lost some concepts. Nothing seems to be working. I am just at a complete loss. Please help!

Try playing fewer tables for a while and elimintate distractions (TV, 2p2) so you can fully concentrate on poker.

yeah i'm [censored] too last 25k hands = hell. i'm now at .5/1 8 tabling it.

previous 25k hands i was 3.5bb/100
