I suspect he's changed gears and stolen a couple of blinds from the CO and Button, but that's just my guess. UTG folds. Button folds. SB raises (325) to 400 hero ???

Your hand is actually pretty irrelevant. It's mostly about what you think SB's hand is.
I'd fold, following the general principle of avoiding confrontation on the bubble. In a $11 you should be able to outplay the other guys on the bubble, so shutting your eyes and tossing your stack in seems an unnecessary risk.
