What is your image currently? Are you running bad and folding to raises a lot? If so, call. If you've been taking down pots and showing winners, fold it.

It seems to me you have to call. You're calling the turn becuase villian might be doing this with a draw, spades or a picked-up club draw, or he has a T and thinks he's still best or maybe hit a weak Q. Obviously there were hands he could be doing this that beat you: bigger Q's or a 9. But the J on the river only really changes things if he happens to have something like KT, or QK. I think you probably will be good the required ~10% of the time given he seems aggressive but largely an unknown.

It looks like a flushdraw,9,worse Q,straight draw. I think you should call and expect to be good around 1/4 atleast.

yes, not even close.

He could pretty easily have JT, Jx, either flush draw. Naked T. Naked Q. QT.
