transfer money between neteller accounts

I would like to transfer $2k from my Neteller to an other Neteller account. This costs $38. I don't like paying for this..

A couple of days ago you could deposit money at Eurobet and withdraw that money to an other Neteller account (no costs) But they don't allow this anymore.

Is there a site where they still allow this?

Well, you could deposit the money to party, inter account it to a new account and link that new account to the neteller account you wish to transfer it to. Now that of course is only if the "other" neteller account isnt already linked to a poker account. Not much but I cant think of anything else.

hmm, that won't work because I closed my old Party account.

Note, if you do transfer from one neteller account to another from the same I.P. address neteller will probably start asking you questions.

I think you can withdrawl from absolute to another neteller account but I am not positive. Note, in this case the SITE is paying atleast that in fees (the $38) so you should probably play some to compensate them and also don't withdrawl the exact amount you deposited / transferred.
