Another Poker Room Question

So I cashed in 1000 points for a "$10 bonus package" in their Player Points Retribution offer. However, it didn't add $10 to my account balance. Under "Account Bonuses", it shows $10 Bonus Dollar Package with an expiration date, but I don't know what to do to get the $10 into my account. Moreover, I don't know what expires on that date (considering I already cleared all the points in the first place). What am I supposed to do?

I tried support, but haven't heard back from them.
