Also, are there any good spots to get hacked versions of FrontPage?

but if you must cheat... dreamweaver is free for 31 days at macromedia.com

I have a stolen license to Dreamweaver and I still use Notepad for most basic HTML work.

My vote goes to HTMLKit too, if you're not looking for WYSIWYG.
