Being a libertarian, I chose *Other 3rd Party*

Of the other choices, I'd pick McCain.

This is incredibly confusing. A Libertarian that picks the guy that argues for government sticking its nose into everything?

Actually, McCain is the most fiscally responsible of the listed candidates, meaning less Govt. I also would choose a Libertarian, with McCain my second choice, or as someone else mentioned Ron Paul as a third choice; equally as good or perhaps better than McCain. Paul is a Republican from Texas but promotes a great deal, if not all, of the Libertarian philosophy.

Man, it would be awesome if John McCain ran for President in '08. EVERYBODY loves John McCain. The Democrats (including me) wouldn't stand a chance.

Yea. His involving the federal government in every professional sports controversy that comes along is a great use of government resources (as just one example). Although I do generally like his trade platform and some of his ideas for reducing taxes.

>>The support of Clark by Democrats appears to be due to an inferiority complex. <<

This Republican administration failed to prevent 9/11, lied to get us involved in a quagmire in Iraq in which thousands of US troops have been killed and wounded - and *had those lies exposed, has caused the federal deficit to explode to historically unprecedented levels, presided over a 4 year increase in poverty levels reversing a long downtrend in poverty, has caused an increase in anti-American hatred worldwide to levels never before seen, caused environmental rape on a massive scale, has a failed energy policy inadequate to cope with an explosive rise in gasoline heating oil and natural gas prices, and has numerous figures under indictment or investigation for various gross abuses of power.

"Inferiority complex?" ROTFLMAO.
