Will NHUPC have an effect on Bay 101 Shooting Stars?

I get on a plane in a few hours for my first major tourney in San Jose.I noticed that most of the people playing in the NHUPC all have bounties on thier heads at Shooting Stars.Will they be toast or all amped up?I'd think that the ones starting on Monday would be a little crispy around the edges.I hope so,I start on Monday.
