This is the second time I four tabled the bad beat tables when the jackpot topped 20K.Is it worth the extra quarter rake?Hell yeah!Those tables are filled with complete idiots that are only worried about the jackpot and forget that they are there to play hold'em.Fish in a barrel.Most of them don't even understand what it takes to win the jackpot.They all think that you need aces full of kings exactly.I made it a point to explain the "or better" part.I advised them it's a good idea to play all pocket pairs and suited connectors.Most of the tables average 6-7 seeing the flop.
When the jackpot gets high,I recommend casting a line in these barrels.

This is so true. Just don't let yourself tilt from the bad beats that you will encounter. Take them in stride and Play big pot poker.
