Maybe the key is "peeing when you don't need to". I haven't tried it yet, so maybe it's unrealstic.

Whenever it's preflop/flop and your hand is either folded or going to the muck, you run to the bathroom. By going when you don't feel the need to go, your pisses should be considerably shorter.
