Default Action out of turn

Can anyone give me their opinion on this topic please. Should action out of turn be binding? Any opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

As a general rule it is not binding, but it can be and does vary from room to room.

But it is always telling...

In NL it damn well better be binding. I'm so sick of these internet punks saying "well I'm all in" when it's not their turn to act just to get everyone to fold then try to toss their cards away and say they are just kidding and wanted to see what would happen. I love enforcing that rule when I'm in the box to put these pricks in their place. The rule is set to protect all the players and to try to prevent that type of angle shooting.

I, for one, support this rule. Granted, there are grey areas that I dont care to get into. Just use your imagination, i'm sure you can come up with some of those. There are just too many to discuss.
