I think this is a really tough spot to play against a LAG. In terms of the hand it is a terrible spot to push back, you have nothing. If you know he is in this till a showdown what are you doing?

The only time you make money off LAGs is when you have a hand.

I raise this and then fold to the reraise on the flop, you might have the best hand but the fact that a pair of 2s is beating you and you have no idea what he has means you fold.

As I said wait for any sort of hand and you have perfect poisition to manipulate the whole table. You can get him to knock out other players for you, you get to check reraise everyone and generally take down a huge pots anytime you have something.
