Tax concerns

Hi,

I have never file a tax form before so I do not know how it works. But if I am to file taxes, do I keep track of this calender year to the next (2005 to 2006) or do is it from April (or any month after) to April?

PS. I am independent male single. What is my tax percentage?

lol your tax percentage is dependent on what you make, only you or accountant can figure that out. The taxes go from Jan 1 2005 to Jan 1 2006.
