my statement that i do not believe any person 24 or under won 2 bracelets includes all events. i think fischman is the only person to have won 2 by the time he was 24 and as we all know, they were not in the 10k event. if there are any other 2 bracelet winners that were 24 or under, it did not happen when ryan was of legal age.
