Default Standard flopped set?

This should be so standard that it's boring, I hope.

This might just be the most standard hand I've ever seen.

Really? Can we count on the pre-flop raiser to bet this low flop for us? Not saying we can't, but I'd be inclined to donk the flop, especially with 3 to a wheel on the board. If the flop gets checked through, it's pretty bad.

Preflop raisers almost always bet the flop, and no its not that bad if it gets checked through, though I agree I would like money to go in. Checkraising here is very very standard.

Okay, good. Makes me happy.

I think there's nothing else to talk about here, so I'll just announce MHIG.

UTG+2: "nice catch on the flop" <- made me smile.

I might have very well called the flop and planned on check raising his turn bet, in order to suck out an extra large bet rather than a small one.

In addition a flop check raise might make him fold if he has something like AK rather than a medium/high PP.

But of course if he checks behind on the turn then that's a disaster, thus your line is perfectly standard and totally fine.
