#1 - dude reraised 1/3 his stack. AK might be more prone to push over PF. sure smells like a large overpair. i'd normally be folding to the reraise PF.

#2 - ditto. a pretty large reraise L1, could just as well be a donk underpair. but it's just to vulnerable of a hand, facing a certain c-bet on a flop with likely overs - even with position. personally, i'm limping TT UTG L1.

I agree totally with bluefeet on this one. Mind you, the first one, being a $22, he could just as easily have JTo on that flop.

what kind of flop were you looking for? If you're going to see a flop to a raise and you've got an over-pair you may as well hope for the best.
