Default $22 7 handed at 100/200

What do people do in situations like this?

Should i have pushed a,7 or should i have folded?

I am unsure what to do in situations like this. I know i need to get lucky to ITM from here, but do i push here or wait.

I push. A7 is much better than I can expect in the blinds, but not better than the rest of the table, but blinds are so high you must gamble here.

not to be a nit, but your title says 100/200 blinds while your HH says 150/300.
It actually makes quite a difference.
SNGPT says 100/200 is push +ev 0.3% / $0.54
it say 150/ 300 is a push +ev 1.7 / +$3.38
this is if you put your oppenents ranges at 44+, A7s+, A9o, KJ+

Yeah at 100/200 I might fold, at 150/300 it's a push. I was going off the blinds in the HH rather than on the post.
