WTF? 11 rooms? None are that big?

Why don't you just cut the ammount of rooms in half or something then.

[/ QUOTE ]

That would be ideal, and we would do in that if we were staying for longer. This could be a really luxury house.

$1600/mo for a shared 2300sq ft house in Greenlake (one of the nicer neighborhoods in Seattle). 1/2 block away from a lake with a running trail, parks. Covered parking, very cool neighbors (we do neighborhood BBQs and such). I pay $575/mo for my portion, as my g/f and I take up most of the house and rent a room to a friend.

-$800/month ($267 per person)
-Champaign, IL--in the heart of campus and those beautiful co-eds
-Lots of cool social events come to town, cheap beer (it's always buck night somewhere), basketball season is cool
-4 bedroom place split among 3 people, 2 full bathrooms, almost 1000 sq ft
-lots of weekend trips
--within easy driving distance of Chicago, St. Louis, Indianapolis
--moderate drive to Milwaukee, Memphis, Nashville, and Cincy
-surrounded by mostly intelligent people
-Can be (Almost always is) loud on weekends. Not for the quiet person
-Described as "Suprisingly nice" inside
Of course this is after removing crummy college furniture and replacing it with stuff that is moderately affordable
-Huge balcony

$520/month for a 750 sqft one bedroom apartment on the first floor.
Pretty nice neighborhood in southwest Fort Worth, TX.

This is the main reason I haven't moved to LA/NY.

That's what happens when you have to find an apartment in an expensive area with one week's notice

depends on where you want one but 1200 isn't out of the question for a decent place and 1600 would probably be pimp. Look in Green Valley or Henderson for best results.
