Villain checks, I bet $40, Villain calls.

Turn is 5 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

Villain checks, I check (large stacks so I wanted to control the pot - do you disagree with this check? He's pretty passive and I'm fairly sure he'd just call a flop bet with a set)

River is 6 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img]

depends [img]/images/graemlins/wink.gif[/img]. Go into PT, go under game notes or whatever, for this villain and click on sets/full houses, study how he plays these, evaluate.

I'm with AZK. Always bet this turn vs. passive player. If he raises you can just FOLD and you do not want to see many cards on the river, either because they limit value extraction or because they lose you the pot. River I make it $150-200.
