AceClub/Party Software Problems

I decided to play some BJ at Aceclub tonight. They gave me a crappy reload offer and i was tired of poker. So i decided to just bet it big and hope.

So i get AA and of course i split. Only it doesnt split. It stands. Dealer has a 6,J,5 i lose. However i lose two bets. I get on live chat and get nowhere trying to explain this to support.

This has happened to me there in the past a few times, at least enough to remember. The first couple times i thought i had hit the wrong button but this time i'm sure that i clicked on split as i was watching for this very error.

It also only seems to happen when the dealer gets a 21. Anyway if you play at one of the Party casinos be warned that there are bugs in the software. I remeber reading about a problem with the video poker there also.
