why bother referring a friend? you can get the same bonus by just depositing some cash into your account, the same t&c. a much better idea is to sign the family member up through some affiliate and get a free gift (or maybe a rakeback)

There is nothing in the rules that says you can't refer a family member (I assume you mean in the same household), but Bodog does say, "We may require documentation from all parties before they are qualified for withdrawals."

I'd probably stay away from referring people in the same household - it could raise red flags that it is just one person creating accounts under family members' names.

You can get up to $200 in bonus money without having to deposit $2000 for the equivalent 10% bonus. Since Bodog has the reputation of being touchy about full withdrawals and then redeposits, you aren't setting off their red flags when you withdraw the Refer a Friend bonus and your winnings.

Maybe the best way to do this is to clear out your account before you refer a friend and then you'll be playing with only bonus money where you can play risk free. Anyone see a problem with this?
