Default wagering strategies - searching for materials

Hello all,

I am searhing for articles/books/analysis/simulations for following problem :

You have X dollars and you can make a bet with probability of winning p (where p obviously is more than 1/2). Utility function is given which takes into account speed of earnings and risk of going broke (some functions may give severe punishment for going broke and some may be more "EV oriented"). What is optimal wagering strategy for given p and utility function ?

I am searching for materials about the problem or similair problems, more specifically about :

-analysis of diffrent utility functions, some ideas about "useful" functions
-analysis of diffrent approaches to wagering strategy (like unitary (you almost bet the same unit ) and exponential (like some variantions of kelly formula); strategies with interesting properties (like especially good ROR/EV ratio)
-some simulations
-practical examples of using these strategies (if any exists..)

Anybody can help me to find something on the net or recommend some books ?

Thanks for help,
Best wishes
