Take a few seconds and just type the damn hand.

Villian has to be quite a nit for me to fold here.

building a pot with a drawing hand with position...this is an automatic pf raise...

as for the hand I think it would be very hard to fold that river...what kind of hand range are you putting villian on? what kind of hand range would villian be putting you on? just the fact that he could be value betting a worse hand/bluffin with air a big majority of the time leads me to a call.

I thought so too, but does a set/higher straight c/c this turn?

If villian is tight as you say, I think I fold this. I can't figure out how he possibly got there, but it looks to me like he stayed in on some sort of draw and backdoored a flush. Hmmm, maybe he had A6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] which he calls pf (?) flops OESD thinks your continuation bet is BS and calls. Turn gives him flush draw also, he hits on the river and doesn't want you to check behind. Something like that is my guess. It seems like a really weird way to play a set, and a tight villian isn't going to set up a river bluff by calling 2 PSBs.

P.S. Just type out a quick HH next time, nobody wants to read that [censored], and you'll probably get more discussion.
