Default How Bad Did I Butcher This?

Whats's the standard line here? Villain is a 56/13 in this case, but how does it change if its an unknown??

Looks okay. How loose is villain postflop? Considering he called down on a non-coordinated board, he's probably got a pair and he's not folding that. I'd check/call with a read that villain will bluff a worst ace or something in this spot (a lot of players at 2/4 will do this), and if the board was more coordinated.

I would give this a call against an unknown to pick off a bluff and get some information. Also against unknowns I like to get them thinking I am a calling station so that they are betting and raising me for value and not trying to get so tricky. Then you can start folding to them a little more liberally.
