im BB with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]. 6 handed. MP opens for 14 (seems to be a solid player), button calls, sb folds, I call. Mp covers, I have 900, Button has around 400.

Flop: 6 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]t [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
I bet 35, mp calls, button calls.

This hand is pretty standard - bet fold to a raise.

What am I missing?

Bet turn fold to a bet on the river. No seriously most of these players won't call the turn without a set, overpair with a diamond or a flush and will only bet a flush on the river.

It's a really bad [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] though, makes JQ a straight as well. Check river sounds fine.

I'd want to see the river gently. Just call it down. I would not lead as the guy with flush would raise you. If no one is betting, the guy with flush may try to nurse it home, as in keeping bets small.
