Party Poker-Question about their new promotion.

I just started playing at Party Poker about 3 weeks ago. Basically, I started out using one of those promotions known as 'instant bankroll' and turned $75 into $300. I cashed out $100 to Neteller. Next, I had a bad streak and lost $200. So, I rebought for $90 and now I have several hundred.

I noticed they are running a promotion and they offered me the 25% to $150 offer. I was thinking about cashing my bankroll out to Neteller and putting some cash on Pokerstars so I can play their tourneys and sit and go's (I cannot justify paying 1 dollar in juice for a $5 sit and go; Pokerstar's is 'only' 50 cents even if the games are slightly tougher).

Assuming I cashed out, could I rebuy and qualify for the bonus? I know Pokerstars doesn't allow this but I'm not sure about Party Poker. Is there a waiting period after a cashout or can I cashout, rebuy, and immediately qualify for the bonus?

Any info/feedback would be greatly appreciated.
