I'd give her a 5 for looks. Her character however is pretty cool, so that bumps it up to a 6 or so.

Once That 70's Show finally goes off the air, she'll fade into obscurity. She's not that hot, plus she really can't act.

She's one of those women who can look really good or really average depending on the angle or the picture.

She seems to have one of those golfball stuck in the throat voices, as I recall, kind of glottal and mannish. Not too attracive in that regard.
