Las Vegas Action: Saturday, Nov. 12 - Thursday, Nov. 17

I have to be in California for a convention on Thursday, the 17th, so I'm making my usual stop in Vegas for some week'ish amount of period beforehand. With my schedule, I'm not sure yet if I can get out there by Thursday the 10th OR until Sunday the 13th, so here is my question for those locals (or non-locals) in the proverbial know:

Is there anything ... amazing ... going down on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday that I simply have to be out there for?

Or does it not really matter...?

I'll be parked at some combination of the Wynn and the Mirage for most of that time (most likely, at the Mirage, as I'm planning on staying/drinking there) so if any folks will be there, make sure to say hello.

You should especially say hello as absolutely no one that I would normally travel with between my friends and girlfriend can go with me during this week, so I will be one large and sad panda sitting there by myself, drinking up a storm.

I will be in Vegas Nov 14-18th (give or take a day or two either way). No idea where I will be staying yet but plan on playing all over. Most of my poker time will probably be at the MGM, Mandalay, and Mirage but might give Wynn and Bellagio a shot as well.

I'll be at the Venetian Friday Nov 11 through Friday Nov 18th. I have a lot of work to attend to, but I'll also have ample magoo time. Being a week late for the party is no reason to swear off live straddling [img]/images/graemlins/smile.gif[/img]
