I think you could toss it, but it's pretty close because the AK or JJ or whatever is essentially dead money to the aces/kings and you're only a little wrong to call for a giant stack.

I dunno, I think I probably fold this with those reads but I wouldn't blame you for calling.

Call. For one thing, calling 16,000 to win 70,000 isn't 3:1, it's almost 4.5:1. Which is damn near the right price if you know you're against AA or KK, and there's certainly enough chance you're against, say, AK and JJ (or even better, AK and AK).
But those odds make it very easy.
