Default 2 hands that should be nobrainer

I'm very new to SnG play. Could use some input on 2 easy hands. Both is party 22s.

hand 2 is a no brainer.

hand 1 has some variables as in the dude is committing his stack but not actually shoving it all in. A common tactic with a really big hand. Also a common tactic by someone not sophisticated enough to realize he is committing his stack. Its your job to decide which it is.

I get the same impression, which is a bad impression because this is quite a gift to get in that spot.
