PP chat is still being spammed!

Ok, so party have stopped observer chat which is great.

No more knocked out players moaning about bad beats for the rest of the game (that was so annoying)
And no more spam from banned software providers or from guys with crappy scams trying to con idiots into believing they can buy their program and suddenly see everyone elses pocket cards.

So why is it bloodhound / prophecy can still spam the chat box? This comes from players not at the table.
Whats the score with this?

I saw a guy who would sit down at an empty seat, post his spam and then leave. Just send support a copy of the hand history where they spam and they will take the chat privs away. The last guy I did this too had an affiliate program attached to his id, party said they were going to take that way also.

They sit down, paste then leave. So chat ban is useless really.

It's happened to me while in SnGs and the spammer was never in the game.

Yes, i saw it in a SNG also. The guy was never at the table

i saw it at two tables today from the same guy and he was in neither game at any time.

No more railbirds asking for $50 "loans". Actually, I kind of miss those guys. It was fun to abuse them.

Of course they still have to have enough money in their account to sit at the table that they're spamming, don't they? Party really needs to enforce a "You Spam, your funds get seized" policy.
