Figure this one out.
Here is a .gif that moves around every 10 seconds or so, and the number of people changes between 12 and 13. How do they do that?

I have this saved on my comp somewhere from a long time ago. It took a lot of staring before I figured out the concept behind it, and quite a bit longer to figure out exactly how it was done.

Its something to do with the fact that they take 1/12th of each character and make the 13th...If you look closely - U will see a fraction of each character is missing...

I don't get what is confusing about it? Also they could have done a better job of making that... it doesn't line up right when the smaller piece is on the right.
