I know a bit about web programming and database integration. I have way too much free time already and would be more than happy to help someone out. I just don't know enough about securing a domain and setting up a server to do it on my own.

Only problem is, I'm not sure how happy S&M would be about posting links to another site for this. I think it's against general 2+2 policy

Is this something you would be willing to be involved with? I would definitely be interested in doing this as I have the time and the webspace to accomplish something like this.
