Ok.

First off, does anyone limp with TT from EP?

Second off, on the flop, I'm playing against a tricky player who has check-raised me before. So I decide to check it through and look to turn a miracle.

On the turn I do improve with a flush draw, but I'm not thrilled about it.

I have trouble interpreting his bet into me. It doesn't necessarily scream value bet -- it looks fairly typical and could be second pair as easily as top pair.

My reasoning behind pushing was that, if I called, he would almost certainly push the river. So I couldn't get to a cheap showdown here. So I thought I could push with perhaps a modicum of FE. For me, the decision was between pushing and folding.

Thoughts?

gotta bet the flop. if you *know* he's going to checkraise you, then you can feel confident that you have the best hand. Sounds like this guy has your number...

yeah, he did. in a freeroll, no less. =/

I would have bet the flop for about 250. If he C/R's allin (another ~750 to me, I think), do you call here?

I would call if check raised. Also with the line you are taking I put him all in. No one am I folding here against a tricky player with just one overcard. If he has a king good for him he will double up.

I also would bet the flop here and if he comes over the top I call.

I don't limp with this hand from EP, I would raise it to 150 just like you did.

I would push the flop. I'm not folding to a check raise, so I'm gonna reduce my variance a bit and push

thanks a lot for responding guys. i don't know if this is a very trivial decision, but I was confused enough that I thought it was worth posting.

thanks for the feedback. next time i'll pop him on the flop.
