I don't like waiting to the turn to raise here. With a pair of aces you can make an argument for it but the pot is now sizable and you give a lone ace correct odds to draw and quite a few other hands are close to getting good odds with the implide odds mixed in. The pot has become sizable it is better to help players exit the pot than to increase its size. IE if they are getting the right price you want them to fold, if they aren't you want them to call.

On the turn, if you think the CO is reraising light, go ahead and put in the 4th bet. Neither player is likely to exit the hand on the 4th bet,if they do that is excellent for you, and this will make the river easier for you to play. If the player was tougher I would not advocate the 4th bet on the turn, but late lags need to be charged for their activities as long as you can handle the variance.
