9300 mmm, mines in the post, dell.com.au had 33% off this + another $300 off when my order reached $3000 with the extra bells and whistles I gave it.

ummmmm, I don't know why you'd have a problem with a 1.6MHz, 1 GB RAM, 60GB HD WUXGA 9300 for $1368. That's the one I'll probably be buying.

Re: Up to $750 Off Dell Laptops Including the 9300
I couldn't pass this up either as an alternative to buying a $500 2001FP. I got the 1.6GHz, 512MB, 80GB with the 256MB video card. You have to get the 256MB card because the other 2 cards only have a max. resolution of 1600x1200 and the widescreen is 1920x1200. Great deal and I ordered one even though I was completely satisfied with my current Dell. All that for $1450 after taxes.
I think this is a must buy for people without a 2001FP who have laptops. Also, if you need any more convincing, I'm writing it off my taxes as a business expense so take 15-20% more off there too. |

Re: Up to $750 Off Dell Laptops Including the 9300
This is not true about the max resolution. That's what it can OUTPUT, internally it still can run at 1920x1200.

Also what warranty upgrades if any are suggested? upgrade to the 60gb hard drive or the 60 gb 7200 rpm hard drive Is the bigger battery worth the upgrade? external sound card? Which video card? Thanks |
