So if you chop most of the time and win even 75% of the times you don't, then why *wouldn't* you put your money in? If you 3bet push, he's committed with A-7 or 77 here

Any set, A2, A3, A4, A7, KK or QQ. With the min raise he is telling you he doesn't believe you have the 5. So what if I fold out everything else? I give myself a chance to win more by pushing.
