Default AK , BB on bubble

I am sure it has been asked a 1000x before but it is my first post in this forum.

Pacific Poker $100,000 guaranteed, 63 players remain, payout starts at 60 players.

Goes something like this.

Table is 9 handed, Blinds are 1500/3000

3 folds, player with 13,000 chips makes it 6,000 togo, folds to SB who has 37,000 chips, raises to 14,000, I am BB with AK off, I have 9000 chips remaining.

Do you make the call in hopes of accumulating enough chips that you could potentially win or do far more than just cash or do you fold and go for the sure cash($400 for 60th)?

What if the SB had not came in and it was folded to me?
