I dont know, the turn is actually a good card, because now its less likely he has a K. I dont mind the play at all. Also most people would check raise you if they had the K.

It depends many micro limit players love to bluff at an overcard or even a pair on the board. If there were more people in the pot i would fold on the turn, but heads up just calling down could be better. Raising is proboly the worst because your going to get reraised by a K and proboly folded to on the river if he has nothing. This is very read dependant also.

also you would think if he had a K he would have raised the river..

id call down only because at party so many people bluff this type of card. At paradise id fold.
