[ QUOTE ]
anyone betting the flop? L [/ QUOTE ] Unimproved into a preflop capper? No. I think he's always going to raise. I think it's better to let him bet and evaluate everyone else's action. If you look at it a certain way, you have a version of the button here, as everyone will almost certainly check to button, who will almost certainly bet, allowing you to act after everyone reacts to his bet. I like the way this was played. |

Re: Another A/K hand
Villian just called the 3bet in that other hand preflop. He has capped the 3bet preflop here.

Re: Another A/K hand
Lets put this in comparison.
You are on a table full of tight players who almost never raise preflop. You are on the button with 72o and its capped before it gets to you. The hand in the OP is folded nearly as fast as this example hand. |

Re: Another A/K hand
[ QUOTE ]
Does anyone call the 2 bets back to them? we are getting nearly 9:1 on the flop call. [/ QUOTE ] norm is to count over card outs at 1.5 each. This gives you 3 outs 44:3. ~14 to 1. I like Fold |
