Default A7o hit trips vs lag

Villain is around 45/22/1.5 and I've seen him bluff raise a few times. Usually not the river though.

Is preflop standard for you here? I usually fold this.

I fold preflop. Seems like one of those spots where its +EV if you know for sure both blinds will fold. If one will call a decent amount it becomes -EV imo.

Postflop I like. I really like the turn check. I can just feel that checkraise coming! I think thats a great spot to escape getting pushed off the best hand or one with outs and induce a river bluff or a call from like 55/66 etc. Yea he could have a lot of outs against you, but a lot of his these hands are semibluff raising the turn now (Qx maybe Kx etc.). Some are paired as well. Some like 44 are drawing v. slim.

I fold preflop too, but maybe it depends how laggy and out of line the villain in the co is

I doubt it's standard but this guy was about 40-50% atsb and I was well ahead of his range of a CO steal.
