Other greats: Weapon of Choice Smack my Bitch Up Freak on a Leash Edit: My personal favorite is "Thunder Rolls" for its adulterous back story.

Guns 'n' Roses- Estranged. I was enthralled with this video when it came out, with the dolphins and the overall cinematic properties of it.
Smack my bitch up is a cool video with a twist ending, but nothing great in my opinion. Jeremy is an awesome video in its original unedited glory.

On Your Mark. It's this Japanese song whose music video is done by Miyazaki (guy behind Spirited Away, Princess Mononoke, etc.) The music video is only a few minutes long but it tells a great story and the animation is superb.
