in montana all poker games and keno machines are 18 to use. The pot limit on poker is 300 hundred dollars.

Since Foxwoods is 21 this obviously it's obviously not 18 for all Indian Casinos.

I think it's up to the individual casino but am not sure.


I believe that others have mentioned that Turning Stone, NY is also 18.


Wouldn't surprise me in the least if some of the Michigan Indian casinos (Soaring Eagle in Mt. Pleasant and the Kewadin casinos in the upper-peninsula) were 18 but I'm not positive on those.

Turning Stone is 18. probably because they don't sell liquor.

I'm not positive about Kewadin, but Soaring Eagle is my local cardroom and luckily for me (I'm 18) they have an 18 and up policy.
