Default Couple Questions on reads

Some of the main notes we all take are probably:

*calls down with any piece
*chaser
*peels flop, folds turn
*etc.

But, I was reading a post by Ulysses where he talked about noting opponents who can fold smaller pairs. Aside from TAGs who we can pretty much assume will fold smaller pieces with too bad of a board, how does one observe the tendency of a player to fold a smaller pair?

You will usually have this note for those guys. Or you will only be shown 2nd pair or better when they call you down. Its worth nothing opponents that you only see the higher pairs from, since it implies they give up the small pairs on unfavorable boards.
