Default Sup HUSH...KQo

Hey everyone. I have just come to 6 max and I love it. I'm luckboxing right off the bat in which is always a comfort. This is just a quick preflop question. What do you guys think is a default resteal range for the SB? I've been destroying the Button for the past couple orbits so I have very little respect for this steal attempt.

Button = Totalfish 79/17/.9
SB = Unknown

PokerStars 1/2 Hold'em (5 handed) converter

Preflop: Hero is BB with K[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Button raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">SB 3-bets</font>, Hero...

Thanks,
-J

An important question is does SB know Button? If so and he's decent he's opening up his range here. I don't know exactly what SB should be defending with here (if he doesn't know button), but against my default button steal and SB defend range you have ~30% equity. I have the same PFR% as the fish so I just gave him my range. As people on 1/2 stars are generally passive from what I hear, SB's probably not reraising with as much as I would so you probably have less equity.

At 1/2 I hear players are generally very passive so I'd be careful about automatically assuming SB's reraise is a "resteal" unless you've seen him do it a few times or with a subpar holding.

Edit: oops, somehow I didn't notice that Hero actually has a specific hand in this example--though it was just a general question. Man I need to lay off the something. Anyway, my previous advice still holds in general but this is a pretty easy cap with KQ as a default.

Good point. This might be a good place to fold even, if you dont have a read on SB.
