Any reason to slow up? Scared of QQ but really didn't see the aggression for that. Thanks.

Looks like set over set (555) to me. What other hand would just call PF and then go buck on the flop? He slowed down on the undercard turn so there is no way he has QQ or a fully functioning brain. Well played.
