I guess I was reading another post that talked about the 10x bb. I am still uncertain about what the concept is about. Is there another thread I can read or can someone explain to me.

If you have less than 10 BB, you want to push with any hand you would normally just raise with, since a raise would be a large enough portion of your stack to leave you pot-committed anyway. Since you would not normally come over the top of an EP raiser holding KJs, this is a fold. Had it been folded to you, you could consider pushing with this hand.
